Dawn Tools has been servicing Australia for over 100 years. In 1917, Dawn (originally known as Dawn Manufacturing Co) opened its doors in Coburg, Melbourne with the first products manufactured being vices. Our 100+ years of experience and research in design and metallurgical studies is the driving force behind Dawn’s premium quality tools and vices.
Dawn Tools manufactures and markets premium quality vices, clamps and hand tools to all customers through our distribution channels. We offer a wide range of vices including offset, standard engineers, cast, fabricated, woodworking, pipe and machine drill press, using a variety of quality materials including cast iron, spherical graphite (SG) and stainless steel. Our legendary 25 year warranty on our Australian made vices sets us apart with spare parts available for years. We pride ourselves on being the only Australian manufacturer of cast offset vices.
